Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group/catering opportunities not handled by the Event Booking Center, upselling to maximize revenue, achieving personal and property revenue goals, ensuring timely handover for service delivery, and driving customer loyalty through excellent service and relationship-building with existing and new customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required
Additional Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in Japan (Japanese citizenship or a valid work visa/work authorization)
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required
