Job Summary
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group/catering opportunities, driving revenue through upselling and effective account management, partnering with group/catering counterparts, developing sales plans, and delivering excellent customer service to grow the account across events and catered programs. Leads efforts to identify, qualify, and close group/catering opportunities, designs and sells creative catered events, and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to achieve revenue goals and customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
