Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within complex, consultancy-driven services in the energy or sustainability sector
- Demonstrated leadership experience, combined with the motivation and ability to lead and inspire a sales team
- Previous responsibility for budgets and revenue, or a strong willingness to assume this responsibility in a senior role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong closing mindset

- High level of reliability and professionalism
- Excellent command of German (written and spoken) is essential; business-fluent English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
