Job Summary

Senior Sales Manager leads and mentors on-property Sales team to execute the hotel's sales strategy, drives direct sales and revenue through accounts and channels (OTA, Group, brand.com, RFP), and collaborates with Revenue Management to optimize market share and RevPAR. Responsibilities include conducting sales calls, drafting proposals and contracts, supporting budget and KPI attainment, maintaining customer relationships, and acting as the sales liaison with brand/owners while ensuring exceptional customer service and alignment with brand initiatives. Requires strong leadership, strategy execution, and proven ability to drive revenue growth within a branded hotel environment; travel up to 10%.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in hotel sales required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience in hotel sales required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year as a Sales Manager at a branded hotel strongly preferred.
