Job Summary
Senior Leisure Sales Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites Cairo Maadi leads market analysis and competitive intelligence to drive local hotel revenue; develops customer accounts and travels within the local area to grow business across all revenue streams; negotiates room rates with corporate clients; implements local marketing channels including social media; prepares hotel contracts; collaborates with other departments to enhance guest experience; attends sales events; generates reports for senior management; and recruits, trains, and manages the sales team. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field and 2+ years in hospitality/hotel sales with supervisory experience; proficient in the local language(s) with additional languages preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
- Two or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends
- Must speak local language(s)
- Other languages preferred
