Job Summary

Senior Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Jord’s market presence in the Energy Division across the assigned region. Key duties include identifying and engaging target customers, delivering regional growth plans to meet revenue targets, managing profitability and portfolio growth, collaborating with product teams and cross-functional groups, participating in tender and proposal development, leading commercial negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. Must have a minimum tertiary engineering qualification, extensive experience selling complex solutions to Oil & Gas sectors in Oceania and Southeast Asia, solid understanding of process design and related technologies, and be capable of travel to the specified Australian location. Strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and ability to work with EPCs, OEMs, and end users are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum tertiary qualification in Chemical or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 10 years’ industry experience in selling high value, high complexity solutions to Oil and Gas or related industries in Southeast Asia and Oceania
