Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager – Heavy Industry leads regional equipment sales for Veolia Water Technology in the North American market, with a heavy focus on HPI/CPI & Power, coordinating Veolia’s water treatment equipment portfolio (UF/MBR, RO/ED, anaerobic, and thermal technologies) and driving new opportunities, bids, and client negotiations. Establish senior-level relationships with key HPI/CPI/Power clients and EPCs, develop regional sales plans and budgets, grow market penetration, and partner with cross-functional teams to share leads and develop Veolia’s portfolio. 10+ years in industrial water treatment, 7+ years in Sales/BD, engineering degree preferred, English fluent, strong computer skills, willingness to travel 40–70%, and ability to reside in the posting location. Remote work is available in the US with a preference for the US Gulf Coast location.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the industrial water treatment field with a portion of that experience in CPI/HPI or Power industries
- 7+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferable
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Willing to work independently and be a self-starter
- Flexible, willing to work long hours, at times when necessary
- Ability and willingness to reside in the location of posting
- Ability and willingness to travel within territory, with an estimated travel of 40 to 70%
