Senior Sales Manager Healthcare

Job Summary
Lead the execution of sales strategy to achieve healthcare targets across medical equipment and consumables for hospitals, primary care, and industry customers throughout Ireland. Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team while managing key accounts, national contracts, and tendered business to ensure long-term partnerships. Identify new opportunities, collaborate with New Product Development and Marketing teams, and represent Fleming Medical at international trade exhibitions and supplier meetings. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions and drive profitability. Full, clean Irish driving licence required with willingness to travel throughout Ireland. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years' experience in a senior commercial or sales management role
- ideally within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry
- Proven experience managing HSE and private healthcare eTenders and national supply contracts
- An established professional network or contacts within the Healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and how they support commercial growth
- Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
