Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager, Growth responsible for building high-level relationships with advertisers and their ad agencies; design and deliver programmatic and managed-service advertising solutions across Samsung’s Smart TV platforms and other channels; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; develop mid-term and long-term account growth strategies and drive advertising growth across CTv/OTT; maintain precise pipeline reporting and forecasting to support quarterly growth; requires deep knowledge of the video/connected TV ecosystem, 8+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to articulate value in simple terms; Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of industry or relatable experience; video publisher, DSP or SSP preferred
- Deep understanding of the video and connected TV media ecosystem
- Builders mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience developing business from net new customers and prospecting
- Successful internal and external relationship management
- Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person, over the phone or video conference
- Bachelor's Degree or other advanced degree a plus
