(Senior) Sales Manager Governmental - BeNeLux (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Lead government-focused national and regional sales for BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) as a Senior Sales Manager Governmental. Identify and engage governmental clients, build strategic alliances within the governmental and defense sector, drive country-specific business development, manage day-to-day sales operations (CRM, proposals) with Bid and Solution teams, create customer-specific marketing content, and act as a primary contact for sales inquiries. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, monitor market trends and competitors, plan and execute sales-driving activities and customer events, and represent the company in the BeNeLux governmental procurement community. Requires several years in the governmental sector with a sales focus, proven negotiation and RFI/RFP experience, ability to develop competitive proposals, travel up to 50%, and English fluency (Dutch/French a strong plus). Familiarity with unmanned systems (sUAS) and defense procurement is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in the governmental sector (e.g., military, police, international organizations, NATO) with a sales focus
- Proven negotiation experience with defense contractors and governmental procurement entities
- Strong ability to manage RFI/RFP processes and create competitive proposals
- Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
