Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager responsible for selling GE Vernova Grid Software solutions to power utilities in Japan and South Korea, aligning with APAC sales strategy, establishing key customer relationships, developing growth and account plans, and leading commercial execution with strong negotiation and leadership. Requires deep knowledge of grid software, ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences, and track record of sales success and account management. Must travel and work from an office in major cities nominated, with fluency in Japanese and English; background checks required. The role emphasizes earning customer trust through solid execution, win/win partnerships, and acting as a trusted advisor to accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline
- 10+ years experience in sales, presales, management consulting, or strategic planning in software organizations
- Experience in utility sector - electricity, gas, water or telecommunications
- Fluency in Japanese and English
