Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager responsible for leading Sales for the CRN and Refurbished category, driving top-line growth, developing promotional/marketing plans, managing channel partnerships and cross-functional initiatives, overseeing multiple sales funnels, and delivering data-driven insights and management reports. The role entails aligning with supply and production to meet sales forecasts, managing relationships with channel executives, and driving sell-thru and growth initiatives. Requires Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in enterprise technology sales or business development, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work across matrixed teams. - Proven overachiever, track record of quarterly / annual sales success
- Self-starter and very capable on both business and technical fronts
- Previous experience and success in selling technical solutions
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
