Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager responsible for driving advertising revenue growth for Rakuten TV across CTV, OTT, Display, Sponsorship and cross-device environments. Act as a strategic consultant to brands, media agencies, and adtech partners, identifying, pitching, and closing deals with top-tier agencies and advertisers, building a robust pipeline through LinkedIn, networking and industry events, translating client objectives into high-impact media proposals, and leveraging programmatic expertise to integrate inventory with major SSPs, DSPs, and Agency Marketplaces. Requires 5+ years in AV/VO/Digital advertising sales with agencies/advertisers/trading desks, an established programmatic network, deep OTT/CTV knowledge, full sales-cycle experience from cold outreach to complex contract negotiations, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and with a team; adherence to Rakuten’s 5 Shugi Principles and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Based in Barcelona, Spain, with the primary location noted as London, United Kingdom on the posting.
