Job Summary

Senior Sales Manager to lead net-new logo acquisition across India in a pure hunter role, owning end-to-end B2B SaaS sales from Prospecting to Closure. You will build and maintain 4–6x pipeline coverage, target mid-market accounts (Corp Comms, PR Heads, CMOs), run insight-driven discovery, deliver ROI-focused demos and proposals, independently negotiate deals, maintain CRM hygiene, and own revenue targets for new business. Reporting to Co-founder and Head of Sales, you’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market and drive ARR growth. Ideal candidate has 8–10 years of B2B SaaS experience, 3+ years as a closer, and strong experience selling to marketing/communications leaders; familiarity with MarTech/PRTech ecosystems and established networks in PR agencies is a plus. The role offers high ownership, visibility, and performance-driven upside in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Minimum 3+ years as a quota-carrying closer
  • Experience selling to Marketing / Communications / Corporate Affairs leaders
  • Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, SPANCO)
  • Exceptional discovery, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch without heavy SDR dependency
