Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager responsible for leading high-value or strategic hotel accounts, mentoring Sales Managers and Executives, and overseeing contract negotiations and client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting sales calls, onboarding and training new team members, maintaining CRM account data, preparing proposals and standard contracts, monitoring market activity and competitors, managing group bookings and service delivery, promoting hotel facilities/services, coordinating events and client communications, and contributing to sales campaigns and promotions. Requires a Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management, 4-5 years of relevant experience, strong English proficiency, and proficiency with MS Office; leadership, communication, and strategic account management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Competencies including leadership, communication, problem solving and team collaboration
