Job Summary
Design effective layouts by interpreting material flow diagrams and incorporating operational elements like walkways and maintenance platforms for international airport and parcel automation projects. Clarify design solutions directly with global clients while managing multiple projects simultaneously using AutoCAD or similar software. Maintain constructive relationships with clients and collaborate within multidisciplinary international teams to support Vanderlande's mission of keeping the world moving.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using AutoCAD or similar software in a related business area (logistics preferred)
- Higher vocational training (Advanced Technician) or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Ability to clarify and discuss design solutions directly with clients
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with clients
- Capable of interpreting material flow diagrams to develop effective layouts
- Ability to incorporate operational elements into designs (walkways, maintenance platforms, etc.)
- A cooperative and proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for working in multidisciplinary and international teams, and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Basic level of English required

- Experience in Sales and/or e-commerce business is a plus
