Senior Sales Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary
Own the development and maintenance of core sales dashboards covering pipeline health, bookings, and revenue metrics. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and risks across sales performance, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Partner with Sales Operations to support forecasting, validate pipeline data, and identify key drivers impacting forecast accuracy. Serve as the primary analytics contact for Sales, Finance, and Operations to understand business needs and drive performance. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort through automation. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on best practices in reporting and data management. This role requires 10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics or Operations and proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong SQL skills
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Onsite work location at an HPE office
