Job Summary
Senior Originator in the Partnerships team leveraging indirect sales to identify and acquire new Program Managers, build a network of partners, and generate referrals for large private client transactions. Responsible for managing existing partnerships, delivering high-quality customer service, and reporting sales progress. Requires experience in financial services, a B2B or client-facing environment, strong communication, driving license, English proficiency, and ABRACAM certification (a plus). Located in São Paulo with an office-based role in a fast-growing FinTech environment, offering a competitive base salary plus commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services sector
- experience generating large private client transactions e.g. cross border trades
- experience within a B2B or client-facing environment
- excellent communication skills
- driving license
- fluency in English
- ABRACAM certification (ABT1) is a plus
