Job Summary
Senior CRS Sales Executive is responsible for global sales of SGS testing, inspection and certification services across assigned channels. Generates and closes leads and opportunities within a strategic business unit for large global accounts, builds and maintains professional relationships with internal and client teams, and negotiates terms, fees, and agreements. Develops quotations and proposals, secures legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, statements of work), coordinates responses to RFPs, and presents proposals to client organizations. Maintains knowledge of SGS capabilities, collaborates with affiliates, supports marketing plans, attends industry/trade events for lead generation, and prepares sales and trade-related reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of sales success in professional services, 2+ years in the relevant business unit, 2+ years of project/contract management, and 2+ years in international/multicultural environments. Proficiency in English (and other languages) and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential, along with the ability to work across a global network and in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes relationship-building, solutions selling, proposal development, and adherence to SGS integrity and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field (Required)
- 7+ years demonstrated sales success in professional services industry (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in the industry for the relevant business unit (CPCH, EE, HL, or SL) (Required)
- 2+ years of project/contract management experience (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in international / multi-cultural environments (Required)
- Language Skills: English, Advanced (Required)
