Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive responsible for owning the full sales cycle (prospecting through close) for named strategic accounts in banks, asset managers, and asset owners, selling high-value data and analytics solutions addressing regulatory and reputational risk. Role requires building and managing a high-value pipeline of multi-year subscriptions, engaging senior decision-makers across Risk, Compliance, Sustainability, Investment, Procurement, and IT, and orchestrating complex deals involving legal, procurement, data, IT, and vendor risk teams. Travel ~20–25% and collaboration across Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, BDRs, and Product. Requires 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, fluent English (German a big plus), and a valid work permit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, within DaaS or SaaS
- Proven success in new business origination and outbound selling of complex data products or enterprise software into financial institutions
- Experience working at a financial institution is a big plus
- Strong performance orientation and metrics
- Strong execution discipline and ability to run complex deals end-to-end
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 20–25%)
- High proficiency with CRM systems, outreach and automation tools; LinkedIn Sales Navigator; AI tools
- Fluent English; German a big plus; other European languages advantageous
- Collaborative, resilient, self-motivated, outcome-oriented
- Understanding of reputational and non-financial risk
- Valid work permit required
