Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive sought to onboard clients to PropHero, provide information on methodology and process, understand investment objectives, and manage client relationships from onboarding through portfolio strategy. Responsibilities include regular client communication via chat, email, or calls; resolving client queries with high energy; conducting portfolio analysis to determine next steps; owning a portfolio of investors and ensuring continued engagement; studying markets using PropHero methodology to identify opportunities; guiding supply teams to prioritize property searches; presenting property opportunities with supporting research; refining PropHero client success processes and assisting in scaling the client success function; contributing to the growth of the client success team as volumes increase. Required skills include 3+ years in client-facing roles, excellent oral communication, problem solving, growth mindset, operational excellence, organization and attention to detail, proactive autonomy, and advanced English; emphasis on building credibility and trust with clients and delivering outcomes.
