Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive in Glasgow-based role within three Glasgow city properties. Proactively drive revenue by identifying, developing, and converting new corporate, group and local business opportunities; conduct outbound sales activities, host site inspections, and manage relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses. Represent Courtyard and Moxy brands at trade shows and client functions; collaborate with the Regional Commercial Team to deliver sales strategies and revenue goals; manage and grow a portfolio of local and event accounts across all three properties, including proposals and contracts. Maintain product knowledge of meeting spaces and packages; support Meetings & Events sales activities and campaigns; contribute to market intelligence, pricing, and promotions; work with cross-property teams to maximize cross-selling and bookings. Fluent English, highly organized, and comfortable with sales systems and data (Opera, SFA Web, or CRM tools). A senior-level role focused on generating new business rather than waiting for enquiries, with travel to client sites or events as needed.
