Senior Business Development Executive to support growth by managing agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios; drive Agency Recruitment Programmes; collaborate with underwriters on risk acceptance; monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines; organize relationship activities with agents and partners; identify market opportunities and develop structured marketing strategies to expand market share; review product portfolios for competitiveness; coordinate surveys and risk management programmes for Banca Retail clients; build strong networks and nurture relationships to achieve profitability and sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia
