Senior Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to generate new business through showroom and field sales. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close sales while achieving individual targets. Visit clients to promote the product portfolio, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with internal departments for order execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Full-time, permanent on-site role in Larnaca with a basic gross monthly salary up to €2,200 and a performance-based commission structure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience
- Previous experience within the building materials, construction, ceramics, sanitary ware, flooring, interior finishes, or a similar industry
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent planning and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and progress into a Sales Manager role
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship-building skills
- Good computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of Greek
- Valid driving licence
