Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive for the French Market responsible for owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to signature. Focus on mid-to-large enterprise France-based prospects (250–5000+ employees), self-generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, and leveraging SDR support for demos. Drive new client acquisition in travel and spend management SaaS, articulate business value to C-level stakeholders, and manage negotiations through to closing. Travel regularly within France to meet prospects and clients, represent Perk at industry events, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to optimize the sales process. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech sales, exceptional self-discipline, strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, and the ability to own the end-to-end sales cycle with minimal handoffs. Knowledge of AI tools for account research, outreach, and pipeline management is a plus. The role requires autonomy, resilience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with relocation support available and a company culture that values ownership, collaboration, and a high-impact mindset.
