Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive to lead all aspects of sales and business development for facility services, driving growth of new business and expanding existing customer sales. Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing facility management contracts; managing the sales process from lead generation to proposal issuance and follow-up; conducting site visits with operations; developing specifications for contracts; evaluating contract economics; prospecting new business relationships via cold calling and networking; pursuing active RFPs and bids; ensuring profitability and retention; collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing and sales plans; and building long-term customer relationships while promoting exceptional service. Requires strong experience in selling services to facilities/hospitality, complex contract negotiation, and proven success in high-level negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development experience selling services to business facilities or hospitality-related field
- Experience selling recurring services that are billed weekly or monthly or quarterly
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or significant work experience in lieu thereof
- Significant experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- History of proven success at high level negotiations
