Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive responsible for handling high-potential merchants and Red Accounts to achieve personal sales targets 35–40% higher than typical leads. Focus on big-name accounts, analyze and improve pipeline quality, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and operations to activate merchants quickly. Act as coverage for the Sales Team Leader during absences and share sales insights and best practices with other Sales Leads to enhance team efficiency. Requires 3–5 years in B2B sales in e-commerce logistics, strong negotiation and client-relations skills, and proficiency with CRM and Google Workspace.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in B2B sales within e-commerce logistics
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
- Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and organizational mindset, able to interpret sales dashboards
- Collaborative, supportive of peers, and capable of knowledge-sharing
- Ambitious and performance-driven, seeking growth toward a future Sales Team Leader role
- Proficient in using CRM and Google Workspace tools
