Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive at dmg events responsible for developing and selling space and sponsorship packages for exhibitions to new customers. Role entails prospecting, outreach through written and face-to-face engagement, effective closing, and delivering quality customer service to drive revenue from exhibition stands and sponsorships. Maintain ongoing client relationships, travel to events and client sites as needed, achieve sales and sponsorship targets, oversee delivery of sold products, and manage Salesforce pipeline to provide accurate forecasts. Requires at least 3 years in B2B sponsorship/sales with strong relationship-building, querying, and negotiation abilities, plus excellent English communication and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on a B2B sales team, venue, or organizational sponsorship sales
- Experience managing multiple customers and maintaining high energy sales
- Relationship management experience including maintaining customer connection and communication
- Ability to identify and pursue cross and up selling opportunities
- Ability to ask probing questions to proactively handle and respond to customer objections
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Be able to work alone and under pressure and within changing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrate persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Be timely, punctual
