Job Summary
Support and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region to drive sustainable growth and market expansion. Manage customer relationship management and provide strategic sales guidance to key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee coordination of major customer projects in alignment with company strategy and organisational direction. Analyse customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide strategic input for new product development initiatives. Establish and maintain robust account management processes and customised customer action plans to maximise revenue potential. Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines and quality standards are consistently met and exceeded. Manage customer product complaints and quality issues, ensuring swift resolution in accordance with company procedures and maintaining customer confidence. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technical Studies, several years of B2B sales experience, and proficiency in English with willingness to travel 60% of working time within the ASEAN region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related discipline
- Equivalent qualifications or several years of relevant experience in the industrial coatings sector
- Several years of proven experience in B2B sales and key account management
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all organisational levels
- Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines with confidence
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 60% of working time) within the ASEAN region
