Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive at Trilagen responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts for Agentic AI solutions. Sell across AI Agent Engineering, Identity Security, and Cloud practices by translating complex AI concepts into business value, collaborating with technical architects and delivery teams, and building territory plans with measurable pipeline. Must source opportunities, navigate long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles, and exceed quota through outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition. Requires credibility-building with emerging technology and a startup mindset for operating autonomously in a small team, working directly with leadership to shape GTM strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience selling consulting, professional services, or managed services to commercial enterprise buyers (not SaaS licenses)
- Proven success selling emerging technologies: AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI, cybersecurity, cloud services, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting engagements
- Demonstrated success at small or early-stage companies with limited brand recognition — opened doors where nobody knew your company's name
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota through outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex multi-stakeholder buying processes — $150K–$500K+ engagements with 60–90 day cycles involving CISOs, CIOs, VPs of IT
- Ability to independently source, develop, and close opportunities without SDR teams, marketing engines, or corporate brand support
- Familiarity with AWS, Okta, or SailPoint partner ecosystems — worked in or around at least one and understand the co-sell motion
