Job Summary
Develop and grow profitable sales for the Milton Roy Business through Distribution or OEM channels in the West India region. Closely work with West region channel partners to close sales, partner with distribution teams, and provide product, application, and market expertise. Analyze market trends, opportunity descriptions, and business cases to support Sales Leadership decisions. Deliver product, sales, and technical support to customers while training Distributors and OEMs. Collaborate with Order Management, After sales, Marketing, Customer support, Engineering, and Product Management on problem-solving strategies. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders. Requires 5 to 8 years of B2B/OEM/Distribution sales experience with 50 to 60% travel across Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B/OEM/Distribution sales of Industrial Products
- Experience in Rotating equipment's preferably from Pumps Industry
- Fluency in regional and English language
- Flexibility and willingness to travel around 50 to 60% of the working time
- Willing to travel 50 to 60% of the time in West region
- Must have 3 to 5 Years of experience in B2B/Industrial Sales preferably from Pump industry
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Pump Market and Water & Wastewater Industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and ability for independent sales activity
- Open-minded attitude and curiosity about new ways to develop our business and your skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- An engineering degree in Mechanical with solid business skills
- Another language
- Good relationship with Channel partners & internal stake holders
