Job Summary
Senior Sales Engineer responsible for managing a sales region in Belgium for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes division; engage new and existing customers, manage inquiries and leads, enlarge account focus on large end-user accounts, grow profitable pipeline, realize sales targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Application Engineering, and Channel Management to optimize customer offerings and coordinate across converter and distribution channels. Requires Bachelor's degree or higher and fluency in Dutch, English, and French; experience in sales and CRM proficiency (Office 365, Salesforce).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Advanced Skills in relevant markets
- former positions in a sales position
- Strong account and project planning skills
- Fluent Dutch, English & French
- Excellent PC and CRM skills (Office 365, Salesforce)
- Prioritization & Communication Skills
