Job Summary
Senior Sales Engineer in Mississauga, ON responsible for managing the contractor/dealer network, developing and achieving sales goals in the assigned territory, promoting HVAC products, processing orders and quotations, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Will collaborate with inside sales, source parts, and drive customer service excellence while building productive internal/external relationships, developing marketing strategies and sales plans, and participating in industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of successful sales experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment (HVAC/technical/distribution preferred)
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven negotiation, sales and leadership abilities
- Organized, independent individual with strong desire to sell and succeed
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
- Experience with dealer networks, account management, and marketing strategies
