Job Summary
Senior Sales Engineer for large central air conditioning projects in the Hefei, Anhui region. Responsible for identifying project opportunities, proposing technical and commercial solutions, leading technical communications and business negotiations, and driving order closure. Duties include gathering project information, equipment selection and solution recommendations to meet client requirements, defining bid strategies, preparing tender documents, conducting technical clarifications and negotiations, signing contracts, coordinating with support departments, factories, and service teams to ensure high-quality delivery and timely payments, expanding sales channels, regularly visiting owners, partners, and design institutes, analyzing market trends and competitors, promoting market activities with regional teams, and tracking project progress according to company sales processes to achieve targets.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,暖通相关专业(如制冷、建筑环境与设备工程等)
- 三年以上相关行业销售经验,具备项目独立运作能力
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、执行力,良好的敬业精神及责任感
- 出色的谈判能力,具备开拓精神,积极主动,且具备强烈的团队合作意识
- 深刻理解行业用户需求,善于挖掘客户痛点,并结合专业知识提供高效、满意的解决方案
- 具备良好的商务谈判及合同执行能力
- 熟悉投标流程、标书编制及技术澄清能力
- 具备维护并拓展销售渠道、与业主、合作伙伴、总包单位及设计院等关键客户关系的能力
- 具备市场信息分析能力,了解行业竞争对手动态
- 具备跨部门协同能力,能与办事处、垂直市场团队配合完成销售目标
