Job Summary
Senior Sales Engineer for the Eastern region (India) focusing on Kolkata with hybrid work arrangement. Responsible for managing sales in West Bengal and surrounding states, engaging with end customers, OEMs, and channel partners; providing techno-commercial support; supervising channel partners; developing new inquiries and expanding the customer portfolio; preparing weekly visit plans and monthly sales projections to achieve annual targets; maintaining after-sales coordination with service teams; monitoring competitors and developing counter-strategies. Requires BE/B-Tech in Mechanical, 4-8 years of sales/marketing experience in water and wastewater, strong communication, English and Hindi fluency, and experience with MS Office and CRM tools (ZOHO, Salesforce).
