Job Summary
Senior Systems Sales Engineer to develop HVAC system solutions and drive account share for building owner accounts. You will provide technical consultation on HVAC systems and Trane products, assemble cross-functional teams for customer projects, convert leads into opportunities, and execute account-specific business plans. Travel to customer job sites is required, with exposure to outdoor conditions and mechanical environments. Requires 5+ years of solution sales experience (or a BA/BS) and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders, close new business, and grow existing relationships. Driving license required. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in solution sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers
- DL Number - Driver License, valid and in-state for 12 months with no major violations
- Travel to customer job sites is required
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, establish value, and grow accounts
- Proficiency in developing account-specific business plans
