Job Summary
Senior Sales Engineer responsible for compressor equipment sales in the designated region, driving sales growth through dealer networks and direct outreach to new customers and distributors. Delivers timely market information to the Sales Manager, organizes technical training for key accounts and dealers, and fosters strong relationships to advance selling efforts. Coordinates with product, aftermarket, logistics and credit teams to ensure aftersales service, orderly delivery, product support, and credit-policy compliance, while handling accounts receivable. Requires English proficiency, IT skills, driving license, and a university degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. The role is fully remote within the Xiamen region and associated with the China customer center.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- More than 1 year of experience in machinery sales
- Strong English communication skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Driving license
