Job Summary
Senior Sales Engineer within BlackBerry Secure Communications responsible for leading consultative discovery, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes, engaging with senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO), designing tailored product demonstrations, leading POC/POV engagements, and enabling partners with technical enablement to scale adoption across key accounts. Requires 7+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise software, strong UEM/secure communications knowledge, and experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Proficient in communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences; capable of autonomous work and cross-functional collaboration. English language skills emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (UEM) and secure communications
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, high-value deals)
- Ability to align technical solutions to business and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of compliance-driven environments (e.g. government, finance, regulated industries)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously with strong prioritization and time management
- Collaborative mindset across sales, product, and partner ecosystems
- Experience with both cloud-delivered and on-premises solutions
