Job Summary
Senior Sales & Engagement / Account Development Executive at NielsenIQ responsible for generating revenue across existing and new accounts, managing a diverse client portfolio, developing proposals and responses to RFPs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-satisfaction client experience. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, upselling NIQ solutions, delivering annual operating plans, managing pipelines and forecasts with KPI adherence, and presenting NIQ’s value proposition to prospective clients. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of sales experience (preferably in Market Research/CPG/Trade Marketing), and fluency in Greek and English. The position is hybrid in Athens, Greece.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Fluency in Greek and English
- 2 to 4 years of working experience in sales/market research/CPG/trade marketing
- Strong strategic sales and business development competency
- Excellent client management and relationship building skills
- Mastery of full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
