Job Summary
Senior Sales Enablement across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, responsible for transforming the sales organization into top performers through training, onboarding, and scalable content. Designs and delivers training programs on sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environment, and product mastery; builds training assets leveraging internal experts and leadership; experiments with engaging formats to maximize sales adoption; leads large-scale events (e.g., Sales Kick-Off, Back to School) across 3 countries with 15+ senior stakeholders; partners with Heads of Sales, Crew Leads, and senior managers to tailor content to teams; emphasizes change management and scaling across new countries and products; requires strong project and stakeholder management, KPI-driven mindset, and excellent communication; English proficiency required plus ability to work in French, Spanish, or Dutch, combined with a genuine passion for helping others succeed; emphasizes learning and development, coaching, and continuous growth, with opportunities for equity and flexible remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function or experience as a sales
- Full working proficiency in English
- Full working proficiency in either French, Spanish or Dutch
- Strong Project and stakeholders management skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Sales
- Solid business sense and KPI-driven mindset
- Strong Learning & Development skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, listening and collaboration)
