Job Summary

Senior Sales Director responsible for owning and growing a pipeline within core ICP (plan designers/benefits decision-makers/TPA backroom/BPO opportunities), executing full-cycle sales from outreach to close, delivering tailored demos and proposals, collaborating with marketing and partnerships, maintaining CRM and pipeline forecasts, and surfacing market insights to inform product/go-to-market strategy. Requires 4+ years in healthcare benefits or HR tech, proven quota attainment, strong communication/negotiation/presentation skills, and startup- or high-growth–oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare benefits or HR tech
  • Demonstrated experience selling to HR leaders, benefits managers, or plan designers
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Startup experience or comfort operating in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
