Job Summary
Senior Sales Development Representative responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, scheduling meetings, and creating qualified opportunities to fuel growth. You will own the front end of the sales funnel, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, travel 4-8 times per year as needed, and operate 100% remotely within PST/MST, supporting a high-growth, enterprise-focused tech solution. Strong communication, relationship-building, and independence in a remote, fast-paced environment are essential to succeed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets
