Job Summary

Senior Sales Development Representative identify and qualify high-value leads through inbound and outbound outreach, serving as a key link between Marketing and Sales across the UK&I region. Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns; manage inbound interest while pursuing outbound opportunities to build a strong enterprise sales pipeline. Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and collaborate with the enterprise sales team for seamless handoffs. Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and report on pipeline activity and outcomes. Stay current on product features and industry trends, and work from the Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of a hybrid setup.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging, persuasive presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data
  • Open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles
