Job Summary
Own and optimize the Sales CRM, translate data into meaningful insights, manage lead qualification and reporting, and contribute to the development of impactful presentations and messaging for both internal and external audiences. Collaborate with brokers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support customer engagement and sales growth, drive CRM adoption, support service-level playbook execution, and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Build strong relationships, manage multiple priorities, and influence outcomes to deliver measurable business impact. This role requires travel up to 5% and is an on-site position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
- Skilled in CRM, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
- Required to travel to company offices/sites/locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, up to 5% of the time
- Must be 18 years or older
