Job Summary
Senior Sales Contracting Manager role bridging Sales and internal stakeholders during the commercial contracting process. Acts as a project manager and strategic coordinator to ensure customer agreements are structured, reviewed, approved, and executed efficiently. Drives cross-functional alignment among Sales, Legal, Finance, Project Delivery, Operations, Product, and Leadership; translates commercial objectives into internal requirements and approvals; facilitates internal review workflows; maintains visibility into active deal pipelines; removes blockers to contract execution; and drives process improvements to contract turnaround time, deal velocity, and overall commercial operations. Leverages AI and automation to streamline contracting workflows and enhance deal status visibility.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with CRM and contract lifecycle management tools (Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, etc.)
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation support capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance customer responsiveness with internal business requirements and risk management
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building scalable processes
