Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for our Meadowhall Store, responsible for overseeing sales floor operations and motivating the team to meet sales and KPIs. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership and coaching abilities, as well as a strong passion for luxury and brand representation. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing stock and store tasks, and enhancing the customer experience with personalized services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience, including supervisory experience, and must maintain high personal grooming standards.
