Job Summary
Drive sales by prospecting surgeons and accounts within the Denver, CO territory, then develop and execute targeted strategies to convert prospects and penetrate existing customers. Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes orthopedic products across joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, and sports medicine specialties. Maintain direct contact with surgeons and operating room personnel to support case coverage, while acting as a problem solver to improve patient care and manage inventory of sales equipment. Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas through accurate resource use, balancing product sales mix and addressing competitive threats. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel including weekends, and residence or relocation to the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate degree
- Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Ability to travel, which may include weekend and/or overnight travel
- Residence in or ability to relocate to the posted territory
