Job Summary
Senior Sales Compensation Operations Analyst responsible for developing, implementing and deploying processes and tools for calculating sales commissions; ensures accuracy and timeliness of commission payments; analyzes commission plans, prepares reports for sales and finance leadership; collaborates with multiple functions to resolve claims and reconcile accounts; supports data/configuration changes in sales compensation tools to improve data quality and efficiency; hybrid role with ~2 days/week in a Poland HPE office; requires Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years experience in sales compensation, analytics, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 2-4 years experience
- Experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools and systems
- Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
