Job Summary
Senior Sales Compensation Operations Analyst responsibilities include developing, implementing and deploying processes and tools for calculating sales commissions; ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments; calculating commissions for various plans; investigating reconciliation issues; preparing commission reports for sales leadership; communicating issues to stakeholders and applying changes to improve data quality and efficiency. Requires strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills, and effective written and verbal communication in English. 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are typical for this role. Remote/teleworker position supported.
