Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Job Summary
Lead the validation and processing of monthly and quarterly commission payments for the global sales team while maintaining commission tools, systems, and data integrity. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure accuracy and compliance with sales compensation plans, preparing regular reports and dashboards to provide insight into commission trends and discrepancies. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and support business growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for all commission payment–related inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolution to internal stakeholders. This role is part of the Revenue Operations team at Mitel, a global market leader in business communications powering over two billion connections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Experience in commission processing, financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
- Experience in commission processing, financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English
